Trust this firm. They’re second to none and will secure the most favorable outcome given the circumstances of your case. Roland Tiemann, Michael Berezin, and Kelsey Berezin were professional, reassuring, and formidable in their representation. They fight for you. Also, I was kept well informed throughout all the proceedings. They eventually won a complete dismissal of my case. Hiring an attorney is something no one ever wants to have to do. But if you must, go with these guys. You won’t regret it.

I hired Tiemann defense and specifically Michael Berezin after watching him in court. He was very professional, he fought for his client, and that impressed me. I asked for his card and hired him shortly after. I was up a creek with my case, I had priors, and a laundry list of new charges. I could have easily got 2 years, and my wife could have been prosecuted. By the end of it I’ll have less than 30 days to do. They were also a great deal. Most attorneys would have charged me double. I can’t recommend them enough. Excellent service, results, and value.

Michael Berezin the attorney on my case gets a 10 stars out of 5 stars if I could give him that rating. I Never needed a lawyer until this year. Tiemann is superb. Their responsiveness was second to none. Their portal for documents and the text communication was on top of it. In this day and age where company and people’s responsiveness is very lacking, Tiemann is second to none. Use them without second guessing yourself.
